20 Minute Possibility Call
Are you stuck with the same results and yet want something different? Maybe you cannot see the other options that are available for you to try. This space is for you to bring the topic about which you want other possibilities.
Coaching or Emotional Healing Process (EHP)
1/1.5 hours session for you to bring your next piece for healing and exploration. What questions are you chewing on? What emotions are on the surface to be felt and healed? What communication wants to be completed? I bring distinctions, noticings and questions to empower you to take your next step.
EHPs are about healing the next layer that is there to be felt about a certain topic and often has roots in childhood events. You may find that certain topics have many layers and different topics may also end up going back to the same core life events or wounds.
Deep Listening Space
This space is for you to speak and feel into and be heard. I will repeat back to you what I hear, giving you the chance to complete incomplete communications and feel whatever is there to feel.
